All Sales Are Final on Custom Printed Merchandise. Because every order is custom manufactured to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Artwork Responsibility: We print exactly what you upload. Frank Print Co. is not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or low-resolution/blurry artwork provided by the customer. Please review your files carefully before submitting.
Defects & Damage: If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified manufacturing error on our end, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly reprint and expedite a replacement order to you at no cost.
