Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take? Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the time we receive your print-ready file. Rush orders ship in 2–3 business days and are available at checkout for a 50% surcharge.
What file formats do you accept? We accept PDF, PNG, and EPS files. All files must be at least 300 DPI for standard products. For large format items like vinyl banners and step-and-repeat banners, 150 DPI is acceptable.
Do you offer design services? No — customers must supply print-ready files. If your file has an issue, we'll contact you before going to print. We do not proof files or make design corrections.
What if my file has a problem? If we identify an issue with your artwork, we'll reach out by email before printing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your files including spelling, colors, and dimensions.
Do you have a minimum order? No minimums. Order exactly what you need.
How much does shipping cost? We charge flat-rate shipping based on product type:
- Stickers and business cards — $7.99
- Flyers and brochures — $12.99
- Banners and yard signs — $19.99
- Large vinyl banners and step-and-repeat — $29.99
- Local Atlanta pickup — FREE
Orders over $75 ship free.
Where do you ship? We ship nationwide across the United States. We are based in Atlanta, GA.
Can I pick up my order in Atlanta? Yes — local Atlanta pickup is available at no charge. Select local pickup at checkout.
What's your refund policy? Because all orders are custom printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders. If there is a production error on our end, we will reprint or refund at our discretion. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at hello@frankprintco.com.
How do I place a rush order? Select the rush option at checkout. Rush turnaround is 2–3 business days and carries a 50% surcharge on the retail price.
Can I order for my church, nonprofit, or community organization? Absolutely — we work with churches, nonprofits, and community organizations regularly. Same pricing, same turnaround. Reach out to hello@frankprintco.com if you have a bulk order or recurring need.
